Looking for Machinists?

NTMA Training Centers offers FREE Employee Referral Services to provide you with well-trained Entry Level Machinists. Our program was designed by machinists, to train machinists, through a unique blend of hands-on training, computer learning and classroom education. We have set the standard for machinist training in the region.

Classes graduate every six weeks

Our Entry Level Machinists train in:

Mathematics (Algebra, Geometry and Trigonometry)
Blueprint Reading
Measuring Instruments
Layout
Setup and Bench Work
Drilling Operations
Setup and Operation of Mills and Lathes
Surface Grinding
Inspection Procedures
Introduction to CNC
Cartesian Coordinate System
M-Codes and G-Codes
Tool Offset and MDI Operations

California Precision Manufacturing Apprenticeship

California Precision Manufacturing Apprenticeship offers a highly-respected apprenticeship program which may be a perfect fit for your company’s training and machinist retention goals.

The program allows your workers the ability to work full-time under a qualified journeyman at your shop while enrolled in related technical educational courses offered through our program.
